Hi, I’m Jenna Farkas.
My fitness journey started long before I ever stepped into a gym. As a kid, I’d sit on the basement steps and watch my dad lift weights before work. I didn’t know it then, but that was the beginning of a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Being active quickly became second nature to me—sports, hiking, and camping were just part of everyday life.
After high school, watching my grandmother recover from a stroke had a huge impact on me and inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy. I attended Bowling Green State University and later became a certified Physical Therapy Assistant through Kent State. I have since then worked as a PTA in a skilled nursing facility, helping people of all ages regain their strength, independence, and quality of life.
In 2014, I pushed myself far outside my comfort zone and stepped onto the bodybuilding stage for the first time. I earned my WNBF bikini pro card in 2021 and continue to compete in the NPC. For me, competing isn’t just about winning—it’s about challenging myself, seeing how much I can grow, improve, and truly accomplish.
That same year, I became a certified personal trainer because I fell in love with the physical and mental transformations that come from lifting weights. Watching someone gain confidence—whether it’s hitting a PR, seeing changes on the scale, or improving strength and endurance—is what fuels me as a coach. I also have a strong passion for nutrition and hold certifications in Nutrition and Wellness, Sports Nutrition, Weight Management, and Holistic Nutrition.
As a trainer, my goal is to keep you motivated, excited, and confident every time you walk into a session with me. I bring high energy, a vibrant personality, and a good sense of humor—because even the toughest workouts should still be fun. I truly believe training is a two-way exchange; I learn just as much from my clients as they learn from me.
When I’m not training clients or myself, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen. Being Italian, I love cooking and baking. On weekends, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and daughter. We love our space and share it with four pit bulls, two cats, and a dozen chickens.
My Approach
What we put into our health is exactly what we get out of it. Whether you’re in the kitchen or in the gym, every step—big or small—counts. As you start to notice the changes, the strength, the happiness, and the healthier version of yourself emerging, remember:
YOU did that.
