A comprehensive 60-minute personal training session that allows for a full warm-up, in-depth strength training, mobility work, and proper recovery between sets. Ideal for clients who want the most thorough, individualized approach to long-term strength, movement quality, and performance.
Packages
Online Programming
Ideal for anyone who prefers to train on their own but wants expert guidance on program design. Includes 12 week customized training plan that includes three 4 week micro cycles. Weekly check-ins with end of plan evaluation to adjust for next 12 week cycle.
Hybrid Plan
Program design paired with in person sessions. This option includes programming on a 4 week basis and includes two initial 30min sessions to ensure progress and form.
Monthly Package
Training sessions available at a discounted rate when purchased in a package. During consultation, length can be discussed and determined to fit your goals.
